Prices are in US dollars and exclude tax. Any sales tax or VAT for your country is added at checkout, and Billing shows it before you pay. Sign in, open Billing, pick a pack, and the credits are added to your account once payment confirms. Payment is by card, PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay through Paddle.com, our reseller and merchant of record. Each pack is a single payment and never renews. See the refund policy.

What spends a credit.
Every response carries X-Credits-Charged, including when it
is zero. You are not billed for a retrieval failure. A deleted, private or empty resource is charged like any lookup,
and the response says which it was.

Where does the data come from?
Publicly visible profile and post information from TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X and Facebook, shaped for each named API. A platform may show a sign-in prompt for public content; that does not make the content private. Sourcevine does not provide private-account content, restricted content or contact details.
What does a credit cost, and what uses one?
Credits are charged per operation, and the cost varies by platform. A profile or post lookup costs 1–2 credits; list operations such as recent posts or comments cost 1–8. The pricing table lists every operation. You are billed for live fetches, including one that finds the resource deleted or private. A read that fails on our side is not charged at all.
How fresh is the data?
Every successful named-API response carries fetchedAt, the second we read the platform, and sourceTimestamp where the platform publishes one, so you can see exactly how old a figure is. We do not advertise real-time: a fetch timestamp records when we retrieved the data, not when every metric last changed.
Why is there no bio field?
Creator bios routinely contain email addresses, phone numbers and messenger handles. Returning them would mean storing contact details for people who never dealt with us, so the field is excluded from the schema entirely rather than filtered after the fact.
What happens when a profile or post no longer exists?
You get a typed availability status, not_found or private, instead of an ambiguous error. A completed lookup uses credits, including when it confirms a post is deleted or private. Credits cover the work of processing that lookup. A retrieval failure returns unavailable and is not charged.
What if I run out of credits mid-integration?
Requests stop with a 402 when your balance reaches zero; there is no overage, so nothing is spent that you have not paid for. Buy a prepaid pack from Billing before the balance runs out. Purchased credits never expire, so buying ahead costs nothing.
Can I use this for anything I like?
Within the acceptable use policy. Building profiles of private individuals, contact enrichment, and redistributing bulk personal data are not permitted. The product is scoped to public metrics for business and campaign use.
Which platforms are coming next?
Coverage expands when we can support a platform reliably. We would rather do five platforms consistently than list ten and have half of them return partial data, so we announce a platform only when its response shape is stable.
